9/14/2015 8:33:46 AMLooking to mix up your New Jersey restaurant roster? While we love our go-to eateries, we decided it was time to try out a few new restaurants in Jersey City and New Jersey this month. After consulting Yelp! NJ, Google and our tummies, we selected five new restaurants in New Jersey for you, your friends and family to check out this fall. These up-and-coming spots are sure to soon be some of the best places to eat in NJ!
McGinley Square Pub
About: This new restaurant in Jersey City opened its doors in May 2015 and touts a unique motto: “No Wi-Fi: Talk to each other.” The pub’s lack of TVs is no mistake either; owner Angelo Hatzipetrou is looking to promote the social aspect of going to a pub. The Journal Square location is ideal for locals that are interested in socializing with each other, instead of focusing on technology.

I’ve Got Crabs N Some
About: Glasboro, New Jersey’s newest seafood joint made its grand opening on August 14th after operating only as a food truck for three years prior. The family business is owned by Carmen and Rita Presti, life-long fisher people with a passion for seasoning a steamed crab to perfection! We’re very excited about the restaurant’s new permanent location and happy to add them to the list of best places to eat in NJ!
