The Eggs Benedict were some of the best I've ever had - perfectly poached eggs and perhaps the best hollandaise sauce this side of the ocean. The Salad was beautifully seasoned. About: Crepe Guru might be located in Hoboken, but we found that Jersey City locals love this hotspot! Their handcrafted crepes are spun right before the customer’s eyes and filled while you watch! The owner, Peter, prides himself in serving crepes that are packed with as much flavor as possible. Tip: Take the Newport PATH just one stop to Hoboken for an easy commute here.
