Joseph Ruis, 43, of Leonard Street, was arrested June 30 and charged with running a call girl service from a Heights office.

Additional charges included cocaine distribution and money laundering.

His bail was set at $500,000.

Police say Ruis ran ‘World Class Party Girls’ out of a Sherman Avenue office and raked in $250,000 each month. He allegedly charged up to $3,500 an hour for services performed by models featured on his website, which has since been taken down due to “maintenance” issues.

Hoboken attorney Vincent Lapaglia is representing Ruis, but could not be reached for comment.

It is unclear whether customers and models will be charged in this case.
